Most windows that swing out have a manual crank on the bottom. Drop down disappearing screens will end sitting on top of the crank encasement, so the pull bar will not affect the cranks function

One way of helping you decide is to measure the width of the opening, if the door opening from door jamb to door jamb is more than 60″ we highly recommend you get a double set.
